Return Policy
EXCHANGES
We offer FREE exchanges for store credit within 14 days from the order date. A prepaid return label will be provided to make the process easy and hassle-free.
RETURNS
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund within 14 days of your order date. Once your return is marked as delivered, we’ll process it within 5-7 business days.
Please note:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- A $6 handling fee per order will be deducted from refunds to cover the return shipping label.
- All items must be unworn and in their original condition.

All clearance and sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
DISCOUNT CODES
Discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be retroactively applied to previous orders.
SHIPPING POLICY
US Shipping
- All US orders are shipped and delivered via United States Postal Service (USPS) as First-Class Mail.
- Orders typically ship within 4-6 business days, depending on the destination city.
- Need it faster? You can upgrade to Priority Mail (3-4 day delivery) or Priority Mail Express (1-3 day delivery). Delivery time will vary depending on your location.
Processing & Delivery Time
- Orders are shipped within 2 business days.
- You’ll receive a tracking link for your order so you can monitor its progress online.
- Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed, as postal delays can happen outside our control.
- If you experience any delays, please first contact your local USPS office with your tracking number. If that doesn’t resolve your issue, email us at rozaties@gmail.com, and we’ll happily assist.
