EXCHANGES

We offer FREE exchanges for store credit within 14 days from the order date. A prepaid return label will be provided to make the process easy and hassle-free.

RETURNS

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund within 14 days of your order date. Once your return is marked as delivered, we’ll process it within 5-7 business days.
Please note:

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• A $6 handling fee per order will be deducted from refunds to cover the return shipping label.
• All items must be unworn and in their original condition.

US Shipping

• All US orders are shipped and delivered via United States Postal Service (USPS) as First-Class Mail.
• Orders typically ship within 4-6 business days, depending on the destination city.
• Need it faster? You can upgrade to Priority Mail (3-4 day delivery) or Priority Mail Express (1-3 day delivery). Delivery time will vary depending on your location.

Processing & Delivery Time

• Orders are shipped within 2 business days.
• You’ll receive a tracking link for your order so you can monitor its progress online.
• Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed, as postal delays can happen outside our control.
